Rupert is an associate in our Auckland employment team.
Rupert advises on all aspects of employment law, across both advisory and contentious. Rupert specialises in providing due diligence support on the employment aspects of commercial transactions and brings strong dispute resolution skills to bear in employment disputes.
Rupert is pragmatic and committed to providing commercial outcomes to difficult employment issues. Rupert’s clients span the not-for-profit sector through to large multi-nationals. He works with private clients through to senior human resources professionals and with each Rupert brings a very deep appreciation of the need to balancing the competing business and personal priorities that are often at play in employment issues.
Outside of work Rupert enjoys surfing, design and music production.
