Ashley is an associate in our Auckland intellectual property team. She helps clients establish, build and protect their intellectual property, and resolve disputes over intellectual property rights.

She works with a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to multi-nationals, and has a particular interest in the fashion, food and beverage, and publishing sectors.  She regularly assists with the protection and enforcement of brands, fair trading and passing off matters, copyright and anti-counterfeiting advice, domain name disputes and helping businesses to maximise the value of their IP.

Ashley can help identify the key aspects of your brand to ensure you are properly protecting your most valuable asset. If you are planning on expanding internationally, she can also advise you on appropriate trade mark protection.

Ashley understands that when it comes to IP, no one company has the same needs. She ensures that she tailors her advice to fit the needs of your particular business, whether that be a small start-up or a large multinational company.
