Recent experience

CentrePort Limited

We established a complex ground lease structure for CentrePort on an office/retail property with a rateable value of $150 million. Our work enabled CentrePort to achieve its investment goals in a way that supported its strategic growth plans in transport and property.

IBM

We worked with IBM and its advisors to establish the process for the design, construction, and leasing of an $80 million data centre in Auckland. Through intensive negotiations with the developer and financiers, and working to a tight deadline, we helped IBM achieve its desired outcomes in terms of timing, quality, cost, and business growth.

Ministry of Social Development

For 15 years, we have advised on a large portfolio of properties throughout New Zealand leased by MSD. We have specifically developed a leasing template for MSD which has helped achieve the desired outcomes for our client.
