Institutional and corporate finance

Our banking and finance team is on the panels of a range of financial institutions, and we regularly act for banks, borrowers and trustees. Our partners have been involved in some of New Zealand’s most significant finance transactions during the last decade, from cross-border leases and securitisations, to debt capital markets issues and syndicated corporate borrowings. We are recognised for our responsive, professional and service-centred approach, and we work with our clients as part of the team.

Our team is best known in the areas of:

  • bilateral and syndicated lending (both domestic and cross-border)
  • structured finance, particularly securitisations
  • project finance
  • finance portfolio acquisition, including due diligence and structuring
  • corporate and funding restructures
  • agri finance.
