Grant is a highly regarded
commercial litigator, working to resolve disputes for our corporate
and private clients. He has worked in leading law firms in Auckland and London since 1994 and has

Grant regularly appears as counsel in courts and tribunals across New Zealand
and is a confident and successful advocate. His experience includes
obtaining, and successfully opposing applications for the appointment
of receivers and liquidators, and in resolving security priority
disputes.
He assisted in New
Zealand’s first application
under the Insolvency (Cross-border) Act 2006.
Grant is also experienced in alternative methods of dispute resolution,
and regularly participates in and achieves successful outcomes for
clients from settlement negotiations, arbitrations and mediations.
