This programme covers the legal
aspects of negotiating contracts (everything a contractual negotiator
needs to know), risk analysis, risk allocation, BATNAs, key
negotiation techniques, counters to manipulative tactics and other
tactics. The course materials constitute a valuable guide.
Contract
Management
This programme covers the objectives
of contract management, the importance of values, the contracting
process, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, variations and
guidelines for dispute resolution, relationship management and
general management. The course materials form the basis of a
contract management manual for your organisation.
Advanced
Contract Management
This programme covers the
conventional tender process (including the internal process for
conducting a tender), private law and public law implications, the
negotiation process (risk analysis, BATNAs, negotiation techniques
and the final contract (including service specification, performance
measures, prices and coping with non performance).
Each of these programmes can be
provided over one day or in three stages.
