Having
practised in the corporate and commercial law domain for over
twenty-five years, Rob's experience and skills are in demand in many
areas of the law. Rob is a senior commercial partner and
specialises in the area of mergers, acquisitions and joint
ventures. He is also experienced in trade practices and other
competition law matters and frequently advises clients on risk
management and corporate governance.
