Richard has
been at Kensington Swan since 2006. He currently practises in the
Corporate Advisory workgroup, having previously spent two years
practising in the Dispute Resolution workgroup.
He has been involved in providing advice on all areas of corporate
and commercial law, including:

and acquisitions
consumer
law
corporate
law
health and safety
Richard was recently seconded to an energy company, where he worked
on a wide range of in-house issues and gained a greater understanding
of the commercial realities facing clients.
