Jenny joined Kensington Swan in
April 2008 and is a registered legal executive in the firm’s Property
and Estates teams.
She commenced her career as a legal secretary in Wellington while she studied for
her Legal Executive qualification. Working in a small practice gave
Jenny wide experience in many areas of law.
When Jenny obtained her Legal Executive qualification in 1997, she
moved on to a legal executive role, focusing mainly on residential conveyancing, but also completing commercial conveyancing, estate administration and family
trust work.
Prior to joining Kensington Swan, Jenny was the ‘e-dealing
champion’ for the firm that she worked for and she was one of
the pilot firms involved in trialling and providing feedback on the
new electronic title and e-dealing software before it was launched
nationwide.
Jenny has brought a large amount of experience to Kensington Swan in
various areas of practice. Jenny specialises in the following areas:
 Estate
administration.
Residential conveyancing.
Wills and Enduring Power of Attorney.
Trusts.
Jenny is the Treasurer of the Wellington Branch of the New Zealand
Institute of Legal Executives.
