Nathalie joined Kensington Swan in
2007 and is a member of both the Corporate Advisory and Intellectual Property/Information
Technology Teams in the Auckland Office.
Nathalie brings to the firm a diverse range of commercial experience,
in part due to 6 years experience in starting up a successful
wholesale company, whereby exposing her to all facets of business,
including an awareness of the commercial challenges that face
businesses today.
She has a broad range of experience across all areas of corporate and
commercial law, including:
Commercial
transactions, including matters relating to joint ventures, sales and
acquisition of businesses (assets and shares), shareholder and joint
venture agreements, supply and distribution agreements.
Advising
on company law and compliance matters.
Advising
on corporate structure issues.
Experience
in providing legal advice to the network utilities sector,
specifically in the area of electricity and water/wastewater.
Experience
in franchising, including; retail and distribution franchise
agreements, FANZ code compliance and licensing issues.
Product
development agreements and distribution arrangements, reseller
agreements and end user licences.
Issues
concerning commercial website activities, including website terms and
conditions.
Telecommunications
experience, including a nine month secondment to Vodafone New Zealand
Limited.
