Natalie is a solicitor in the firm’s Financial Markets
team.
She is primarily involved in the managed funds and superannuation
areas where she assists in the preparation and review of trust deeds,
investment statements, prospectuses
and associated advertising.
Recently, Natalie has been extensively involved in the establishment
and launch of various KiwiSaver schemes.
Natalie also works in the area of life and disability insurance
including policy drafting and marketing documentation.
The Financial Services team advises clients on all aspects of
financial law, with a particular focus on:
 Securities law and NZSX listing rules
compliance and disclosure
Superannuation and managed funds including KiwiSaver Schemes and Complying Superannuation
Funds
Debt and equity financing
Securities Act compliance and disclosure
issues
Financial intermediaries and investment
adviser disclosure
Insurance – Life and Disability.
