Natalie has been practising law since 2003 and is an
Associate in the Corporate Advisory team.
Natalie has advised a wide variety
of both local and overseas clients on a range of corporate and
commercial matters with a strong focus on commercial and strategic
issues. In particular, this has included advise in
relation to the sale and purchase of businesses (asset and shares
deals) including preparation and negotiation of the sale and purchase
and ancillary transactional documentation.
Also she has undertaking due
diligence for both purchasers and vendors, shareholder and joint
venture agreements, supply, distribution and licensing agreements,
corporate structures, company compliance and administration, NZX
listing rules, terms of trade and the Personal Property Securities
Act 1999 – implications and compliance.
