Matt began with Kensington Swan as a summer clerk in 2003 and joined the firm as a graduate in November 2004. Since that time Matt has been a member of Kensington Swan’s Advocacy workgroup, specialising in building and construction law.
 
Matt advises a wide range of clients on both small and large construction and civil disputes and regularly appears in various forums including mediations, adjudications under the Construction Contracts Act 2002, WHRS, District and High Courts.
 
He regularly advises clients on the Weathertight Homes Resolution Services Act of 2002, the Construction Contracts Act 2002 and various standard form construction contracts, including NZS3910.
