Martin specialises in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate law. Martin leads the M&A team in Wellington. Martin has advised a number of New Zealand and overseas listed companies and other significant corporations and organisations.

Martin has advised both minority and majority positions and understands the need to conclude a joint venture agreement which recognises the commercial strengths and weaknesses of the respective parties.
