Marilyn joined Kensington Swan in 2003 and works in the
Corporate Advisory team in Auckland.
Marilyn has assisted with advising a wide variety of clients based in
New Zealand
and overseas on many aspects of commercial law.
Marilyn’s commercial law experience includes:
- Shareholder and joint
venture agreements
- Advising on Fair
Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act
- Advising on the law
applying to advertising and marketing activities
- Supply and
distribution agreements
- Advising clients in
the pharmaceutical sector
- Advising clients in the
gambling sector.
Her experience in corporate
law also includes corporate governance, company formation and
structuring and financial reporting.
