Laura joined Kensington Swan in 2006 after completing a law
and commerce (economics) degree. Laura provides contentious and non-contentious
advice to both employer and employee clients.
In particular Laura provides advice with regard to:
 Personal grievances
Employment agreements and policies
Due diligence
Health and safety prosecutions and policies
KiwiSaver
Workplace restructuring.
In addition, she regularly represents clients at mediations
and facilitates settlement. Laura appreciates the value of
understanding how a client’s business operates and how this
affects their employment and health and safety decisions.
Laura has presented seminars to clients and industry groups on
topical health and safety and employment issues.
