Lana joined Kensington Swan in 2007 and is a solicitor in the
firm’s Advocacy team. She practices in civil litigation,
construction law, government relations, and administrative law.
The Advocacy team provides advice and representation to clients in
all aspects of civil litigation and dispute resolution. Lana assists
in advising and representing individuals, statutory bodies, and
organisations in both public and private sectors with a focus
on:
 disputes
arising out of construction contracts
leaky building and defective workmanship
claims brought in the Weathertight Homes
Tribunal, the District Court, and the High Court
legislative compliance and the operation of
the government sector
professional
disciplinary matters for statutory bodies
debt recovery and
insolvency matters.
Lana has appeared as counsel in the
District Court and High Court in debt recovery and insolvency
matters. She has participated in the mediation of multiparty claims
brought in the High Court and the Weathertight
Homes Tribunal.
