Jared Holt

Jared Holt is a Solicitor in Kensington Swan’s Construction team in our Wellington office.
 
Jared has assisted in the preparation of advice to organisations and individuals in respect of a wide range of issues involving construction dispute resolution and leaky building disputes. Jared has experience in the preparation and review of claims for defective workmanship, variation and extension of time claims, together with a variety of other payment disputes.
