Tim’s practice covers all aspects of trust law including the establishment of trusts for estate planning purposes, establishment of foreign trusts, trading trusts, and charitable trusts. He is experienced in estate administration and all aspects of estate planning.

Tim’s other areas of practice include all aspects of superannuation law, including the establishment and operation of superannuation schemes, superannuation implications of mergers and acquisitions, scheme amalgamations, wind ups, master trust arrangements and scheme amendments.

He is also experienced in financial services law, including acting for issuers of securities to the public with regard to Securities Act compliance, distribution arrangements, agency agreements and related matters.

Tim is also experienced in general commercial law and acts for various on shore and off shore clients with regard to their New Zealand business establishment and operation, shareholder agreements, and related company issues.
