Hayden is a Partner in the Government Relations and Dispute Resolution teams at Kensington Swan. He plays a key role in the firm’s relationships with clients who are, or who interact with, Crown organisations and understands the unique environment in which those entities operate.

     

He regularly advises government departments, Crown entities and statutory bodies on public law and dispute resolution issues. He also provides advice on regulatory issues including regulatory investigations and litigation.
 

Hayden has provided advice to organisations in both the public and private sectors on a wide range of issues involving regulatory environments, competition law, administrative law and dispute resolution.

         

Hayden’s recent work includes:

   

*  advice to public entities on legislative and regulatory compliance

*  large scale dispute resolution in the public and infrastructure area

*  litigation in administrative law and competition law

*  prosecution of professional disciplinary matters for statutory bodies.

          

Hayden has presented a number of seminars and conference papers on public and administrative law, litigation and legislative reform.
