Grant is a highly regarded commercial litigator, working to resolve disputes for our corporate and private clients. He has worked in leading law firms in Auckland and London since 1994 and has experience in a broad range of commercial and personal disputes. 

  

Grant helps clients by giving expert advice on:

Grant is a regular presenter at conferences and to industry groups on contract law and health and safety issues, and is sought out for his focussed and pragmatic commercial advice.

 

Grant regularly appears as counsel in courts and tribunals across New Zealand and is a confident and successful advocate. His experience includes obtaining, and successfully opposing applications for interim injunctions and other urgent or interim relief.

   

Grant is also experienced in alternative methods of dispute resolution, and regularly participates in and achieves successful outcomes for clients from settlement negotiations, arbitrations and mediations.
