Emma is a Registered Legal Executive
who has been practicing in the Property team since 2006 and assists
the Corporate Advisory team with the formation of family trusts,
annual gifting programs, preparation of wills and powers of attorney.
Emma assists all members of the Property team and works closely with
clients to provide efficient and cost effective legal services for a
wide range of property issues including:
 Residential conveyancing
– sales, purchases and refinances
Commercial conveyancing
– sale and purchase of a business
Preparation of agreements for sale
and purchase
Preparation of leases, subleases and
assignments for both landlords and tenants
Due diligence.
Emma has also worked closely
with her supervising Partner (Wei-Ling Lim)
for large developers dealing with a wide range of property
developments which have included unit title, leasehold unit titles,
subdivisions and redevelopment of existing buildings, taking on a
specialist role in conveyancing of the
completed development.
