Liz joined
Kensington Swan in November 2003, after working in another firm upon
her admission to the Bar in October 2002.
Liz is a general
commercial litigator who deals with a wide range of cases including:
 breach
of contract
negligence
interim
injunctions
debt
recovery
claims
against company directors
general commercial
disputes.
She has been
involved in a wide range of disputes in various courts and
tribunals. Liz has conducted trials in the Land Valuation
Tribunal, District Court and High Court, as well as appeals to the
High Court and Court of Appeal, and assisting in preparation of an
appeal to the Supreme Court.
In addition,
Liz also acts for a Professional Association assisting in
prosecutions of members who have acted outside the Associations
Rules.
