Diana is an associate
in Kensington Swan's Corporate and Commercial work group specialising
in taxation.
Diana has a wide range of experience
in the taxation arena, acting for a variety of clients mostly
comprising of large companies and trading trusts. She predominantly
advises on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions and
structuring commercial transactions. She also has considerable
experience with PIE’s and FDR.
More specifically, Diana's
experience includes advising on cross border transactions for large
multi-nationals, structuring an acquisition of a retail shopping
centre, establishing various property investment
and development structures, drafting documentation for employee share
schemes, as well as providing general tax advice to firms
corporate clients.
Outside of her mergers and
acquisitions work, one of Diana’s major clients is an
investment property group for whom she has advised on the tax
structuring aspects of a number of deals. Most recently she was
involved in putting together a proportionate ownership scheme for
this client.
Diana has previously worked for KPMG
and one of the UK's
leading retail banks in their structured finance team.
