David practises primarily in
corporate and commercial law with particular emphasis on mergers and
acquisitions, corporate structuring for solvent and financially
stressed enterprises, listed company and Takeovers Code advice, and
general company and commercial law.
He has extensive corporate and
commercial advisory experience across a range of business sectors.
David advises on transactions
involving shares and assets (including those in the infrastructure
and oil and gas sectors), joint ventures, shareholder agreements and
investment agreements.
His experience stands him in good
stead for achieving commercial results, and the project management
of, or participation in, specialised due diligence exercises and
negotiation of the transaction.
David has significant experience in
regard to corporate and reconstruction and insolvency work, having
advised a number of corporates, receivers
and liquidators.
