of the Code Committee appointed under the Financial Advisers Act 2008
to develop a code of professional conduct for authorised financial
advisers
Chair
of Workplace Savings New Zealand (formerly ASFONZ), the premier
industry body dedicated to the promotion of workplace savings and
KiwiSaver (2008-present) (Workplace Savings / ASFONZ councillor since
2006)
Lead
legal provider to the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants
(NZICA) in relation to the impact of financial services and to trust
law on the accounting profession, leading NZICA’s 2009 national
road-show on financial adviser reforms
Leading
the Workplace Savings NZ (formerly ASFONZ) superannuation scheme
trusteeship training programme (2002-present)
Founding
convenor of the NZICA Wellington Branch trusts special interest group
(2003-2007).
