Chloe joined Kensington Swan in 2006 working in
the employment law team.
Chloe works with both employer and employee
clients providing a wide range of advice on both transactional and
contentious matters including:
 Employment agreements
Personal grievances
Disciplinary investigations
Restructuring
Dismissal
Performance Management
Collective bargaining
KiwiSaver
Chloe has been involved in several large cases
in both the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court. She
has a commitment to ensuring that clients are kept informed about the
progress of their litigation and that they understand the process
involved. Chloe ensures clients know what to expect and when.
Some matters can be resolved through informal
negotiations and mediation. Chloe assists her clients in this
process, including exploring early settlement where appropriate,
tailoring solutions to the parties involved, and drafting clear and
concise settlement agreements.
Chloe works with clients to find the most
practical solution to their problem, without unnecessary expense and
disruption.
