Charlotte graduated with a Bachelor of Law from Victoria in 2004 and was admitted to the bar in the same year.  

 

Charlotte began working at Kensington Swan in 2007 and was promoted to Associate in 2009. Charlotte is part of the Employment Law Team as well as the firm’s specialist Health and Safety Team.
 

Prior to joining Kensington Swan Charlotte worked in the area of commercial litigation, as an investigation officer for the Office of the Privacy Commissioner and as a solicitor for another boutique employment law firm.

 

Focusing on employment law and health and safety, Charlotte provides advice on all employment and health issues including:

Charlotte regularly attends mediations and appears in the Employment Relations Authority and the District Court. Charlotte has also acted for clients in relation to complaints made to the Health and Disability Commissioner and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
 

In addition, Charlotte regularly presents seminars and writes articles on employment and health and safety issues.
