Stuart is an associate in Kensington Swan’s Wellington financial markets team with a focus in the area of banking and finance.
 

Prior to joining Kensington Swan, Stuart gained experience in the areas of banking and finance, corporate and commercial law.
 
Stuart’s current areas of expertise and experience include:

          acquisition financing

          debt and equity financing

          business sales and acquisitions

          credit contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 compliance

          Personal Property Securities Act 1999 compliance and advice

          securities law with a focus on NZSX Participating Rules compliance

          general company and commercial law, including company formation and restructuring.
