Simon is an expert in the law relating to managed funds including:

Services for clients in the financial services area have covered the establishment of superannuation schemes for both the state and private sector and advice on scheme design.

    

He has also worked on the preparation and drafting of trust deeds and deed amendments including the interpretation of trust deeds (including advice on benefit payments, disability claims, investment adviser and investment product disclosure, establishment of SAD funds, the exercise of trustees discretions, Privacy Act issues, Human Rights Act issues and other compliance issues).

    

Simon prepares and reviews disclosure documents as well as acting as an advisor for one of the suppliers for the State Sector Retirement Savings Scheme.
