Wei-Ling specialises in construction and property
and has garnered diverse expertise through 10 years working in the construction
and property industry. Her experience has included major civil
engineering projects and acting on behalf of developers, financiers,
contractors and local and overseas agents and investors in Auckland’s
demanding property market.
Wei Ling’s recent work
includes:
Preparing tender and construction documents for
the design, construction and commissioning of several infrastructure
projects in New Zealand.
Documenting the long term property rights required
for the construction, installation and operation of the VECTOR CBD
Tunnel Project and VECTOR’s 110Kv cable project.
Acting for and preparing and reviewing
construction contracts for institutional, corporate and developer clients
including commercial developments in the Airport area and shopping
centre developments.
Advising developer clients on the acquisition,
subdivision, funding and sell down of property developments – including
initial development phase of Gulf Harbour; St Lukes Garden Apartments;
Ascot Apartments, Quay West and the Grand.
Structuring and documenting the funding
arrangements for the proposed acquisition and development of a $250
million capital investment project in the Auckland CBD area.
Advising numerous local and overseas investors on
their acquisition, due diligence, funding and settlement of investment
properties in New Zealand.
