Anthony is a partner in the Advocacy team. Anthony recently joined
the firm in July 2008. He specialises in employment law and brings a
wealth of experience to the firm in relation to employment disputes.
He advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious issues
including, dismissals, discrimination, redundancy, restraints of
trade, confidential information, industrial disputes, and health and
safety.
Anthony is a regular commentator and presenter on employment issues.
He is the current author of Butterworth’s Forms and Precedents.
Recent examples of significant work Anthony has been involved in
include:
 advised and
successfully represented a multi-national company in relation to an
industrial sabotage incident and claim for personal grievance
advised
a client in relation to theft and recovery of its confidential
information
successfully
representing a corporate employer in the Employment Court
in relation to determining the status: contractor or employee.
